Dear IFWP members!
The Austrian association for Nature photographers VTNOE invites you to the next congress of the IFWP members in Austria.
The congress will be held in Fiss (Tyrol) from 22nd to 26th June 2011 (Program-Flyer).
Registration:
Please fill out the registration form and send to ifwp2011[at]vtnoe[dot]at.
The registration deadline is 6th March 2011.
Payment:
Due to the financial issues experienced in previous years we decided that all member organizations have to make their payments in advance.
Please note that your reservation will not be valid if your payment is not received by 11th March 2011.
Each member organization should consolidate the payments for all their participants and make one payment.
If you arrive earlier or stay longer in Fiss you have to pay for the additional days directly to the Hotel. The reservation of the additional days will be handled by the Austrian organization.
The total price for the meeting from 22nd to 26th June is € 290.- and includes the following:
- Hotel room from 22nd to 26th June 2011
- Dinner on 22nd June 2011
- Breakfast (or lunch packet) and dinner from 23rd to 25th June 2011
- Breakfast on 26th June 2011
- Free usage of the gondola (cable car) from and back to Fiss for the whole duration of the meeting
- Refreshments at the opening ceremony and official closing meeting
Not included is the transport for Trip B and transport to the gondola station (please arrange for private cars)

Cancelation:
The cancelation and refund policies are as regulated by the Austrian laws for Hotel owners as follows:
3 months and more before arrival: full refund of the costs
up to 1 month before arrival: 60 % refund
up to 1 week before arrival: 30% refund
cancelation in the last week: 10% refund
Competition:
This year we will start a new method of how to send the pictures for the competition and therefore we created a online upload portal.
Please note that we can only accept digital images, either native digital pictures (JPEG) or scanned slides/negatives.

All members will receive a detailed procedure on how to upload the pictures and the necessary credentials for login to the portal.
We will therefore need one dedicated person/email address per member organization to send the login credentials.

Due to the limited number of big hotels in this area that can accommodate all the participants under one roof, we will have to split up the participants to the neighboring hotels, depending on the number of registrations.
The 'main' hotel for the arrival registration and where will have our Dinner together, will be the "Familienhotel Wiesenheim".

We may have two additional Trips but we cannot guarantee these two trips at the moment, because it will depend on the weather before/during the meeting.
